MICHAEL L. HYMAN of HYMAN SPECTOR & MARS LLP presented a three hour seminar on the topic of Conflict Resolutions of Disputes in Condominium and Cooperative Associations on behalf of State of Florida's Department of Professional and Business Regulations, Division of Land Sales, Condominiums and Community Associations Institute.
MR. HYMAN was also a member of the Faculty at The Community Association Law Seminar in New Orleans January 31 - February 1. Mr. Hyman conducted a seminar on Current Issues Affecting Community Association Law and Operations including Mold Claims, Sound Transmission Problems; and The Federal Fair Housing Act.
Previously, MR. HYMAN was a Special Instructor for an educational program sponsored by the State of Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums & Mobile Homes on the topic of "Regulation of Residential Condominium and Cooperative Associations in Florida.
MR. HYMAN has also been a speaker at The University of Miami Institute on Condominium & Cluster Developments on the topic of The Liability, Prevention Mitigation; of Toxic Mold problems in Community Associations.
